Everwick Lending Group, a small-business funding service in Pontiac, Michigan, sets out its role here: it matches funding requests with partners and does not fund them itself. Partners review requests and make their own decisions. The page also covers merchant cash advances, information sharing and what to check in any offer before you accept it.
Everwick Lending Group is a funding broker
Everwick Lending Group is a broker, not a lender. It does not fund loans, advances or leases with its own money and does not make credit decisions. It takes a business's funding request by phone or online form, discusses which funding types fit, and passes the request to funding partners that consider that kind of request.
The funding partner makes every credit decision
Whether a request is approved, for how much, at what cost and on what terms is decided by the funding partner alone. A partner may decline or offer something different from what was requested. Everwick cannot change a partner's decision and does not promise that any request will receive an offer.
A merchant cash advance is not a loan
With a merchant cash advance, a provider buys part of the receipts a business has not yet taken in. Amounts are remitted rather than repaid, and the cost is set by a factor rather than an interest rate. Compare the total to be remitted with the total paid on any loan offer for the same purpose.
Information passed to funding partners
To match a request, Everwick shares the details you provide (name, phone, email, company name, time in business, annual revenue range, requested amount range, and what you say about the purpose) with the funding partners that may review it. The privacy policy, linked in the footer, has the detail.
